I met Bernard Duclose of Valrhona. He gave me a big bag full of Valrhona bars in exchange for one of my Amy's Chocolate T-shirts. He told me that I ought to go to the Paris Chocolate Show (Salon du Chocolat). He said that he would give me VIP tickets to get in.
I like Kim a lot. We met at the NY Chocolate Show and she helped me. Kim is a wonderful pastry chef and she teaches chocolate classes for Valrhona. She also made this dress out of chocolate. Kim just had twin baby girls.
