My name is Amy Singh - and this website is about my love for chocolate and where it has taken me over the years! It all started many years ago when I was only nine and decided to make my own bean-to-bar chocolate to satisfy my curiosity.

The results taught me a lesson that I continue to use - if you are willing to pursue your curiosity, it can take you on an unimagined journey beyond your everyday self.

In May 2013, I was invited to go to Prague to give a TEDx talk about my chocolate story to an audience of over 700 people. TEDx talks are aimed at sharing "Ideas Worth Spreading".
